Functional training tailored to golf: rotational strength, stability, balance
Injury prevention & recovery techniques
Integrated warm-up and cool-down routines with golf drills
Weekly progress tracking
Schedule:
Offered 2–4 times per week
Morning and after-school sessions available
60-minute classes
Group Sizes: 6–10 students per coach
